Licensed Beta users: Please be on the lookout for any update anomalies

The updater now does a *mandatory* (instead of optional) check for license eligibility prior to update, so that users are not surprised if their term expires. While I have tested this functionality, please do let me know if you encounter any message saying you are not eligible for the update, when in fact you are. Needless to say, if this is done wrong, it will cause considerable confusion. I am fairly confident in it, as I've offered the option to check for eligibility for some time, but did not mandate it. One of the things that allowed me to mandate it was a change so that I no longer launch the activation module, which requires UAC elevation. Therefore, it is seamless in any environment, and likely not noticed unless your license has expired.
