Seems the core refresh is not showing proper value in setting after changing from default one.
Example: default on governor is 1sec , change it to say 500ms . restart PL and check it setting.
It will show 1sec (default) even though ini value is correct values .
This is with latest beta 6.0.3.9

Ok, will check , FWIW I updated to 13 this morning but it shows only 11 in log and help>aboutPL .
It won't let me update again so I guess its just a name thing on that build. (hopefully next beta it will fix that up ) .
I've fixed new governor polling interval setting in v6.0.3.15 beta. Preparing for release now.
The version numbers are also right this time.
