Help!
I have never seen this mode under Power options, when this was added to Windows 10 ? Also should I use it over "High performance" mode ? (having gaming PC)

Bitsum Highest Performance is a power plan installed by Process Lasso or ParkControl. It offers some performance advantages over the system stock High Performance power plan.

If you don't see it because your system is using power modes (https://bitsum.com/power/only-balanced/), you can use menu item 'Settings / Experimental / Always Show Bitsum Highest Performance'. That should install it.
