Apparently, it had something to with what license type: https://bitsum.com/checkout/mygen1/
Anyhow, after a bit off searching my files on my computer, I tracked down my original purchase of Process Lasso > Pro Entire Home purchase back 2016, and I have managed to get it sorted. Now, I have a Gen 2 license. But, geez what a palaver!!!!
