It says："Only purge when free RAM excluding cache is less than xx"，but it seems to include the cache.
When my RAM: 40% of 16 GB, cache 6.0 GB, manual memory consolidation, the log indicates that I still have 3686MB greater than the 1024MB
Can you open Resource Monitor (resmon.exe) and take a screenshot of its Memory tab for us? The free RAM excluding cache as presented in the Process Lasso log should match the free RAM you see there in light blue.
