Title: Problems with install

I am trying to install Process Lasso but it stalls during the install process at the step below:-

Create folder: C:\Program Files\Process Lasso
Output folder: C:\Program Files\Process Lasso
Extract: InstallHelper.exe
Extract: InstallHelper.exe.manifest
Extract: is_writable.exe
Extract: pl_rsrc_english.dll
Execute: C:\Program Files\Process Lasso\installhelper.exe /terminate


Any help would be appreciated.
Windows 7 64bit

Try disable your anti-virus. :)
As it has create the file, but it can't running it.

Yes, it may be your security software triggering (false positive :o) on InstallHelper.exe or another component. You may want to wait a full 30 seconds or so just to confirm that it is fully stalled, if you haven't already.

Please report your security software if this turns out to be the issue.

Sorry been away. The way I got it to install was stopping the install helper process with Windows Task Manager several times as it tries to restart it several times. I use McAfee. Now installed and working.

Very nice. I was about to advise to install this on safe mode with networking. Nice to see this working for you already.
