So, i did the parkcontrole for cpu and its third day and rn im having small stuttering.
im wondering how to redo all what i changed on parkcontrole, i was following random video on windows optimization from yt.
Also will clean windows 11 install help to undo what i changed on parkcontrole?

There is a "Restore defaults" link around the center of the ParkControl window when you've selected a stock power plan or mode where defaults exist. You can also use the "restore defaults" in the Windows Power Options to the same effect.
That will handle ParkControl's changes, but if you've made a bunch of other system tweaks, I suggest doing a Windows reset, since you mentioned that.
