I run a Plex Server within my own home running Windows, I've done some minor automation for it outside of Process Lasso. However, Plex Media Server.exe decided to crash early this morning and it wouldn't have started itself back up. I've attempted to use other applications to relaunch PMS when it detects a crash but they all never worked properly or caused other issues.
I have been using Process Lasso on my main system for a while now and remembered it had a feature to reopen applications when they crash.
After setting that up, I was met with PMS.exe throwing me an Error message every time it tried to launch. It never gave me any information on what was wrong. When I restarted the process within Process Lasso manually, it launched with no problem.
The only difference I noticed was it attempting to run under ProcessGovernor.exe. When run under this process, it errors out. When run under explorer.exe or ProcessLasso.exe, it works.
Does anybody know how I might get around this? Thanks

It is possible that ProcessGovernor.exe is running with different permissions or limited resources when starting Plex, resulting in this error.

You need to switch the Governor to run as a normal process so that it can launch PMS under your interactive user session. You can do this by opening menu item "Options / Control / Keep Running..." then select the "Click here to make this change" syslink near the bottom. You may also need to check the "Launch elevated" option. Screenshot below. Let me know how it goes!
Turns out I just needed to restart the server. I did already change the Governor to run as a normal process, but I also had just installed Process Lasso in the same instance. I'm assuming it hadn't fully initialized something. Restarting my server fixed the problem!
I switched the Governor to run as a normal process using the "Click here to make the change" link like you showed, and now PMS launches without throwing any errors. I also made sure "Launch processes elevated" was checked.
