hey im trying to install the bitsum highest performance power plan , i press install , then the app acts like it installed but i dont get any power plan added
please help

pc has new fresh windows installation
The "Reinitialize" option at submenu "Options / Power / Bitsum Highest Performance" should work.
Failing that, try downloading and installing ParkControl (https://bitsum.com/parkcontrol/) then use its menu item "Settings / Experimental / Always show Bitsum Highest Performance".
Let me know if either is effective for you.

I have "Always show Bitsum Highest Performance" enabled in ParkControl and still don't see that option in the Power menu. Is there any other way to fix it?

Try this using the "Create a power plan" option in the Windows Power Options. Create any power plan, then the others like BHP may show up.
