hows the settings? I need it for gaming

I advise to uncheck the last two items, "Lower I/O Priority" and "Disable Core Parking". Otherwise, I think it is fine.

is there any change that i can do that might improve the performance?

You could increase "Total system-wide CPU usage when adjustments should begin" from 70% → 80%, so ProBalance intervenes only under heavier load. Hm, optionally, reduce "Time allowed over CPU quota" from 2700ms → 1500–2000ms to react faster to spikes during gaming.
