I installed the latest version, opened it as admin, but I have no heterogenous policy and short + long threads options. I have a 12th gen Intel i-7 CPU with 10 cores. Is there something I'm doing wrong or are their troubleshooting steps to reveal those options in Park Control?
Can you post a screenshot of the ParkControl window? Have you changed anything substantive in your BIOS/UEFI?

Here is an image of my Park Control screen.

Here is an image of my advanced page of my BIOS/UEFI. I have an Asus TUF model FX517ZM. I don't believe I have made any significant changes to my BIOS/UEFI. The only thing I did was disable the Armory crate Control Interface Support since I completely removed it to use Ghelper instead, but I completely uninstalled that as well since after doing some research, I read it can conflict with Park Control.

I don't have an explanation, but your system doesn't appear to have as many logical CPU cores (threads) as it should. That CPU should have:
6 P-Cores = 12 logical cores (threads)
4 E-cores = 4 logical cores
For a total of 16 logical cores. How many CPU cores does Task Scheduler show?

Task Manager? Here's what it shows when I click the CPU tab under the performance section in task manager

I figured it out. I had all 10 processors enabled under the system configuration options. I unchecked the number of processors and it went back to 1. Restarted and now I have the options under Park Control.

Ah, that makes sense! I'm glad you figured it out, and thanks for updating us!

No problem!
I don't know why I always do that in the system configuration besides the fact that every optimization guide tells you to. I had to backtrack and think of everything I altered after I clean installed Windows. Luckily that was the only real thing I did that had to do with cores/processors.
Anyways, thanks for your help. When you mentioned that I should have more logical cores, it helped me pinpoint the solution.
