Title: PL 9.0.0.191ß and non-normal processes

Looks like something broke. I have "Do not act on processes of non-normal priority" enabled, yet PL does not care and acts on them, nonetheless.

This messes with my BOINC tasks which run on IDLE and VERY LOW.

Yes, I have been checking this, I saw a few processes yesterday that were not normal.
Its beta and changing daily, it will get fixed.

Yes, but when will this be? Now on .201ß and still occurring!

All I can say its being looked at now, I can't give a date, shouldn't be to long though.

FWIW ver 8.9 works fine.

Yes, build 304 should have fixed this up.
