I have = Windows Vista 7 Ultimate, English, x64 [Build 6801 = "for testing purpose"], HP DV8305ca Laptop, 1 Cpu core AMD Turion 64 Mobile, [2 Gig. DDR1 333 Ram], [UAC enabled], [WindowsDefender x64 enabled], [ReadyBoost = [4gig on a "8 Gig USB ThumbDrive"].

Latest version = v3.22, of Process Lasso, work With Vista 7 Ultimate, x64 [Build 6801 = "for testing purpose"].
I have only [process, for my username] = (no system process), then i wil try, to disable Windows Defender, and also disable uac.

I can confirm PL 2.23 beta 1 working great in build 6801 x64 as well.
Just about everything I've installed in 6801 is working great. This is by far the most stable pre beta I've ever used.
