Is it possible to use process lasso to monitor the CPU of a single application?
p.e. I would like to see what the CPU was of an application the last hour.
Not at present. I have not added full-fledged task manager capabilities to Process Lasso, but have been gradually adding more and more features. I may add that one sometime. For such a thing, I'd recommend Process Explorer, which is a much more robust task manager than Process Lasso. Of course, Process Lasso's main function is automation and optimization, not manual task management.
