This little quirk with some English silent installs being interrupted with a CHM download request has been fixed in a test update here:

I was going to just publish it, but I won't be able to update it for a couple days, so didn't want to take the chance. It it is otherwise exactly the same as the last build, just this one minor installer adjustment.

This was pushed on out in v6::88.
