In order to reduce the frequency of update notifications, I am going to start not adding new minor releases to the database. Therefore, you may download v3.38.1, but only see v3.38 reported on the site and in the update checker. In many cases, such as this update, the changes do not warrant pushing out an upgrade to everyone. I'll only push out upgrades on new major versions, or when deemed necessary.
