Hi. Like I said, even in Task Manager all the processes are running on core 0. I have at least 4 cores in that chip.
I'm totally at a loss, so please point me in the right direction.

First, check your msconfig? It may disabled via there.
You may also using HWiNFO to see did it is still there, and there is a chance that it is broken, or just the BIOS refuse to showing/enable it, which is much harder to get it back...
Your BIOS may be configured to only allow one core. Check your BIOS and enable all cores.
