Title: Probalance advanced options

After re installing the latest beta on my old laptop and my desktop, I noticed in the probalance settings, advance options, my laptop is set for 75% when adjustments should begin and on my 8 core desktop it's 11%. Is it supposed to be this way?

It depend on the core(1, 2, 4, 8 ), thread(Hyperthread) and also CPU design(AMD bulldozer ;P), so it will be difference for difference CPU/computer. ;)

You are welcome, just tell if you found any more better config.
Normally if the computer is too weak, you may try letting PL change it to Idle instead of Below Normal. ;)
