I've purchased use of a shared SSL certificate, so traffic to/from our Support area is now encrypted. Unfortunately, the subdomain used is one of my other domain names, 'bytescanner'. So, for the time being, the Support area (or any part of this site) can be referenced over an encrypted connection via https://bytescanner.merchantsecure.com (https://bytescanner.merchantsecure.com) . At some point in the future, it will be bitsum.merchantscanner.com instead.
