What reasons are skype and [windows] explorer.exe added to the ProBalance ignore list?
All the processes that are set to exclude from Probalance were set because on avg can cause issue with that app .
For example with Skype it was found some have issue with video conversation , vid playback etc .
It just a default list compiled over the yrs that on avg work .
