I was looking into the ParkControl and in process lasso it says 2.0GHz of 4 cores, tho the cpu turbo's to 3.1GHz does process lasso recognize this? Dell laptop I7 4510U 2.0/3.1ghz just wanna make sure I'm squeezing all I can outta it, thanks.
No, it will not recognize the Turbo (above standard clock speed) frequencies, so your system is (I assume) configured fine.

Thats correct, it reads the non turbo speeds , just like if you go into your bios it will show max non turbo speeds.
