I'd like to know if there is a setting for starting ParkControl in his regular Windows directly instead of minimized ?
Also a setting/option to close it directly from the interface instead of going on the tray to close it would be cool 8)

Both are very appropriate additions. I will work to provide both these (exit by GUI and non-minimized to tray start) in a coming minor update. I'll post here as I make progress.
