Hello, I'm wondering if there is a way to manage startup programs through process lasso or not. If there is a way, the how to do it portion is escaping me =)

Hi, The short answer is no, PL is not meant to be a full-fledged task-manager type application.

If you are running W10 there is a startup tab in task-manager that you can disable things.
Other best way is through the program itself, many programs have a startup option.

Last but not least there are programs like autoruns which can handle disabling startups.
