Where can I find more information on how the 'CPU use threshold for inclusion' slider works? Thanks!

It just indicates when to show processes in the 'Active processes' tab. When in that tab, you will see it above the list. It has no effect on core functions.

He means it has nothing to do with the performance of Probalance, it is just a visual indicator of active processes shown in the list, which can be adjusted with the slider.
