Hello there,

I am new to Process Lasso, and I have been diving into its features to optimize my gaming PCs performance. I am running an AMD Ryzen 7 5800X with 32GB RAM and a GeForce RTX 3070; so it is a decent rig. But like most gamers; I am always on the lookout for ways to squeeze out extra performance; especially during those resource-heavy games like Cyberpunk 2077 or when multitasking while gaming.

I have configured Process Lasso with a few tweaks; like setting the game processes to High Performance and enabling ProBalance to manage background apps; but I am curious if I'm missing any hidden gems or advanced settings that could further enhance performance.

Should I be adjusting this for better performance during gaming; or is it better to leave it alone? Is using the Bitsum Highest Performance profile better than sticking with the default Windows high-performance mode?

Are there any best practices for assigning CPU affinities or process priorities for modern games?
Are there any less obvious features in Process Lasso that have given you noticeable performance gains?

Thanks in advance for your help and assistance.

Regarding less obvious features, I think you can take advantage of the built-in resource monitor to identify which applications are consuming the most resources. This can help you make informed decisions about which processes to limit or prioritize.
