Just installed PL  6.7.0.17b & I am getting this little dialog.
Other than the assumed typo (?) I'm wondering why it is occurring (W7x64)

It's normal for that beta , just click ok and go on with normal use .

Its a debug beta for gathering more info if needed .

If you have it auto-start and don't like pop-up just click option to "do not tell me again" .
