Process Lasso not loaded in Vista

I have set Process Lasso to automatically load when Vista starts but Vista stops both the Core and GUI and I have to manually click an Icon in the notification area then individually choose to allow each process to start??? Help! any sugestions

This is because you installed Process Lasso with 'Highest' rights. You should re-run the installer and select 'Normal' rights in the last configuration dialog. Alternatively, you can set Process Lasso to start at login via the Windows Task Scheduler. That would allow you to continue running it with Highest rights. Unfortunately, there is no way to add Process Lasso to an 'ignore' list for Windows Defender.
