Audio production computer: recommended settings?

I am a new user. Not new to computers.
But, I am at a loss with what to do about changing the configuration: priority, affinity,...
My immediate interest is squeezing every bit of performance from my dedicated audio computer.
The current computer is using a Phenom 2 x3, with 4 gig ram, asus fanless vid card with 512 meg, and windows 7 32, and 64.
I have performed all the usual tweaks for audio-only computers. And no program/utility is allowed to auto-update.
I have disabled core parking. And have the 3 gig switch set for the 32 bit boot.
The primary audio program I use is Cakewalk's Sonar Producer.

Any help/suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Is there a "formal" way for users to share config files, logs, and results?
