How to COMPLETELY restore ALL PL settings to default?

Options>reset configuration does NOT reset the entire PL to defaults.
I can still see profiles I created and the like.
How do I nuke everything to just get back to PL as it was installed without any changes?

'Reset Configuration' is specific to each configuration profile.

Use 'File / Config Profiles / Manage Config Profiles...' to delete the named profiles.

After resetting the config, you may need to reboot to clear any previously applied process rules.
