Efficency mode vs. Below low priority

Hi,
According to this MS blog Microsoft Devblog

What does efficiency mode does better than setting processes to low priority?

What i did on my old dual core laptop with PL, i excluded most of the SYSTEM services, NETWORK SERVICES and LOCAL SERVICES.

On USER services, all of them using efficiency mode. Seems to work fine, oldie but goldie laptop is now...more responsive!
