Hello, everyone!

I'm a long-time user and appreciate the value this community brings. It's a fantastic resource for everything from solving a complex issue with Process Lasso to discovering new optimization tricks. It's also a place where many new users come to get started.

I've been thinking about the balance between these two groups. On one hand, it's great that new users feel welcome to ask questions, even if they're very basic. It shows the community is approachable. On the other hand, the sheer volume of these inquiries can sometimes make it difficult for more experienced users to find and engage in deeper technical discussions about advanced settings, bugs, or new feature ideas.

I'd like to open a discussion here on the Bitsum Community forum to get your thoughts on this.

How can we, as a community, better support new users with their basic questions while also fostering more in-depth, technical discussions for our power users?

Regularly collect feedback from community members, understand the needs and challenges of new and advanced users, in order to continuously improve the structure and resources of the community

Maybe separate tags for "Beginner" and "Advanced" topics would help. New users could get support more easily, while experienced users could focus on deeper technical discussions without either group feeling left out.
