Active Processes shows a rule is applied to the process when it is not

Like the image below, and I really don't has idea why it is showing this....
You can clearly see that it is not showing any rule when it is at the "All processes".

Ya, it happen randomly, so I really don't has idea how to reproduce it.
And you can see I got 2 more issues on the Image:
1.The ended process will leave a empty processes showing inside the UI
2.The ending/crashing process that is stutter because of Hard Disk/WER/crash report will spamming the log

I don't know I should said that I am good luck or bad luck.

Hmm, I'll look into this. It's surely some update/refresh cosmetic issue. Thanks for the report!
