So this issue cropped up. Not sure what precipitated it, but I can't right-click on the GUI, and none of the menus open. Just immediately the menu disappears.

Also, there is a blank window that opens with the title "gvrBackgroundWindow3".

Any idea what's going on?


Running Windows 8.1 64-bit, and I have a Pro license.

I can't right-click the system tray icon either.

That's bizarre, not sure what is going on, but it must be some other software or issue with your PC. It's not any bug within Lasso, it'd be a general problem with the system or interoperability with some other software. You might try disabling the real-time scanning of your security software to see if that impacts the behavior. Sorry to hear this.
