Process Lasso has been used by Audiophiles since it's inception, though it's only recently gained larger notice in the Audiophile community. This is, in part, due to it's increased effectiveness on even newer generation PCs. As the desire to save power became the guiding principle, performance was too often sacrificed - performance that many users wouldn't notice, but Audiophiles do.
