Shows CPU cores as "parked"/idle, when they are actually active

This seemed to start with the recent 11.0 upgrade.  The activity monitor in Process Lasso (top right) shows my E cores (last eight cores) as gray/parked, while Task Manager shows that they are definitely active.

Core parking is most often intermittent, so you may be seeing those cores parked in between periods of use. This can occur very rapidly, faster than a human or display can monitor it, leading to a false perception.

Try opening Resource Monitor (resmon.exe) and see if it indicates those CPU cores as parked.

Process Lasso gets its parking data from the system performance counters, so it should be accurate and match Resource Monitor.

Let me know how it goes!

Right, so Resource Monitor is sure enough showing them labeled "parked" while also still showing activity on them in the graph/chart.

Just funny because not that long ago Process Lasso was consistently showing me CPU charts like this, with activity actually shown on the E cores.

Maybe something else has changed...
