Process Lasso v3.20 nearing final

I've placed v3.19rc2 up for testing. This release substantially improves run-as service support, as well as making an important Vista UAC related change to the installer (post-install launch is no longer always with admin rights).

My testing of this latest build shows it is looking good. I plan to spend more time tomorrow carefully testing and reviewing code changes. If any users see this message, I encourage you to give v3.19rc2 a try so we can identify any problems before it goes final.
