Tweak Sheduler and Multimedia scheduler Task Help please

The pc is with win 10 pro ryzne 5 3600 16gb. ram.
Im very interested in these 2 apps,can please someone who understands them give me attention and are they will improve the input lag what i should try if it is ( also the person who wants this is very susceptible to the input lag in games ) ?
