Support area maintenance (now renamed to 'My Bitsum')

The Support area has been renamed to 'My Bitsum'. Further, the user profile editing was broken after our recent change in security credential storage. I had added a new layer of protection, and so changes to your profile (other than your password) may not have been possible. Sadly, it would errantly report a successful change to your profile, when in fact no change was made. Please accept my apologies for any confusion due to this. This is referring to your email address, physical address, name, etc...
