Lost main window position / flash of GUI / lost child window positions

I upgraded to 6.0.2.30 and noticed that when my Computer boots up Process Lasso's UI pops up. Its only there for like a second and then it closes. Usually while booting up only the tray icon would appear. IS this normal?

This thread is a mess, I have cleaned it up. There are THREE different issues being discussed.

1. The main window position quit remembering where it was last positioned. This was due to a change a few versions ago that broke this. This is now fixed in v6.0.2.39 beta (being built as I write this).
2. The main window may 'flash' briefly at user login or startup. This seems to happen to those who exit Process Lasso maximized, though it has not been fully investigated yet.
3. The child window positions are lost in some cases (due to failed sanity check of their positions).

That build was released of course and the issue should be resolved. I am currently working on a major update, though will release some minor updates to the existing version in the interim very soon.
