i cant install project lasso

can somebody be willing to offer some installation help thanks?  When I click on the exe file after downloading it goes to the installer where you would select language then does nothing

Right click on the file → select Properties → Compatibility tab → enable Run this program in compatibility mode for and select Windows 7 or 8.
