Process Lasso v3.59.10 beta - a fix to the new per-process CPU history

I am about to release v3.59.10 beta, which makes an important fix to the per-process CPU history shown on the graph. In the prior couple betas, when you minimized Process Lasso to the system tray, it quit collecting per-process CPU utilization. This caused a severe timeline discrepancy when the per-process history is shown the graph. It also made the GUI appear like it was consuming substantial CPU cycles while it was minimized to the system tray -- oops. Good thing for betas .
