parkcontrol not refreshing tray icon dynamically nor periodically

hello,

my tray icon never updates based on power plan changes.  please advise.

things i tried

1. ran as administrator
2. resetting the tray cache (restarting explorer.exe)

The ParkControl tray icon should change between blue and red when there are cores parked. Does the main window show that cores are parked when you enter one of the power plans where you've enabled core parking?

okay.  i can tell you.

the main gui shows the cores parked or unparked correctly, but.

the tray icon, would say the incorrect number or cores parked out of how many unparked.  If that makes any sense.

sometimes, would say all cores unparked (blue) when 8/16 are actually parked etc.
another eg.  8/16 cores parked (red) when all cores 16/16 are unparked.

so incorrect tray statuses.
