ParkControl Settings that were applied are not active after reboot

Hi! Hope this is the right place for this message. I try to use Parkcontrol by applying changes (no cpu parking) to certain power plans of win11. It works. However, after a reboot CPU Parking in this plan is turned back on. I can reactivate it, but have to open Parkcontrol to do that after every reboot.
Also. The option "Show Parking options in Windows energy management settings" (or such - I'm using the German version) worked at first, but the settings dissappeared again. Please kindly help!

PS: I came across the post dealing with a similar issue before this one. Ticking the checkbox for the option "Re-apply options for this energy profile after restart of the application" didn't solve the issue. Would the software acer care center be one of the OEMs mentioned? I use it to limit my battery charging to 80%, bc my laptop is plugged in almost exclusively.
