Really don't appreciate unnecessary processes on my new clean computer, how do I actually stop this from running on startup? Tia ;D

You can disable it in the Task Scheduler, but it is a minimal process with virtually zero overhead. The total process count isn't really a factor affecting system performance, it's more about what those processes are and what they're doing.

Disabling the session agent would also cause a loss of some functionality of Process Lasso, namely foreground app and idle time detection.

For these reasons, I do not recommend disabling the session agent.

Yeah I did notice its memory usage was nearly zero, but still if im only using this program for one game's cpu affinity I don't need it connected 24/7. And it seems this process starts when I open the app for that game and doesn't result in any notable issues, so ill definitely be disabling it or finding another program for this very simple task that can actually be fully disabled on startup. I was going to use this program properly and have it always running the probalance and smartskim features but that 'buy pro' pop up on startup is disgusting. If I really liked the program I'd maybe go out of my way to buy pro but there's absolutely no chance when it gets shoved in my face like that, and I'm sure many people agree

You could set a Disallowed Process rule on bitsumsessionagent.exe as well to ensure that it doesn't remain running under any circumstance. Again, it's the most negligible of processes possible, so I don't recommend disabling it.
