Hello,
I asked ChatGPT and Gemini to make optimized settings for my PC: i5-8400, 16gb ram and an nvme drive.
No gaming, no photoshop etc big stuff, just daily stuff. Just to make system more responsive.
And to make .ini/json file so i can import recommended settings to PL.
The Verdict:
Both ChatGPT and Gemini said, that use default settings. ProBalance is good enough for my case.
However, ChatGPT recommended to put Chrome to use CPU cores 4-5. Wow.  :)

Yeah, that makes sense. For a PC like yours and normal daily use, I'd just leave Process Lasso at its defaults and let Windows handle the CPU scheduling—forcing Chrome onto specific cores seems unnecessary and could actually be counterproductive. 🙂

Agree. I think keeping the default settings is the safest approach here. Windows already does a pretty good job of CPU scheduling, and there's no real benefit in restricting Chrome to specific cores for everyday use. Better to keep things simple unless there's an actual performance issue to solve.
