I tried to send an email...but has been returned twice : "Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender"

This is the address I sent it to:  support[at]bitsum.com

BenYeeHua

So I guess you has changed the [at] as @, right?
Then it is another issues with the server then. :)

Hmm, that's disturbing to hear.

Can you forward me the bounced email to jeremy.collake@gmail.com ?

Thanks!

I just sent you a "Test" e-mail a short while ago. It seems to be working OK, now.

Also, forwarded original e-mail, and it has gone through this time.  You should have it.

P.S. It failed again. However, I sent/forwarded to the GMail address.

I forward @bitsum.com mail to GMail for easier management. I see it's blocking minidumps, presumably what you attached to the email. You can try renaming and password protecting the archive, or sharing via alternate means like Google Drive.

Yes...I had a crash when updated PL to v7.0.5.1B .

However, I just updated to v7.0.5.3B, and no crash this time. So, it OK.

P.S.  I remember mentioning in one of my e-mails to you, that I don't like sending e-mails to GMail. ;)

P.P.S. I am off to get some sleep...it 2.40 am .

Jeremy Collake

Why don't you like GMail?

If you see the crash again, please let me know.

I suspect it was due to some icon code in 5.1 that was fixed in 5.3.

I just opened that .dmp in notepad, and there is nothing to see.

Jeremy Collake

Ah, ok. It must have failed to write. Probably the process exited before the write cache was flushed, or something.

I will see what I can do about that, and also see if I can deduce or reproduce what is going on here.

Please send me the first non-zero minidump you see with this or future versions :)
