Maximum power saving plan

Would it be a good idea to throw in a "maximum power saving plan" as well as your "Bitsum highest performance" plan?

For example, would the impact of going down to a single active core really be measurable when idle?

It should not, and you can only park only 50% of core if I am right, I don't has 4 real core so I can't test for it.

Also that, the OS did parked 50% of the core when idle, if you don't disable core-parking. ;)
