Ability to "bring / restore process window to front"

I request this every year or so:  "bring / restore process window to front".  It's about the only reason I have to fire up Process Explorer.  I frequently (as in right now) have a window disappear and that's the best way to get it back.  It would be convenient if PL could do it.

BTW... does "Terminate Always" have a confirmation?  I am always afraid to hit it by mistake, and don't have any processes I want to try it on blindly.
