How to stop PL from starting a process I uninstalled and can't get back easily?

I deleted Creative soundblaster on my laptop because I was unnecessary to me. I forgot I set PL to keep it started and it keeps trying to start it, every second. I can't right click on it because it ain't there no more.

AV is blocking the restore point.

AV is blocking the restore point.
If I understand you right, you set PL and set it to keep that sound process running .
but now cause there is no process to click on, you can't undo your settings in PL .

If above is right, here 2 ways to fix .
1) go to options >configure processes to keep running and delete the entree .
2) open PL ini config file from files menu and just find the entry in there and remove that line .
