5.0.0.45 update is non-pushed (no update notification)

This build was a very minor update, so users of v5.0.0.44 were not notified of its release. There is no reason to upgrade to it. I anticipate a newer minor version soon. I have some surprises, as well as continued bug fixes and polishing.
